The bible is pretty clear on who owns all the wealth on earth, and there are no passages that suggest that He has relinquished this ownership. Here are a few key passages*: The earth is the LORD’S, and all it contains, The world, and those who dwell in it.  (Psalm 24:1) Behold, to the LORD your God belong heaven and the highest heavens the earth and all that is in it. (Deuteronomy 10:14) The land, moreover, shall not be sold permanently, for the land is Mine; for you are but aliens and sojourners with Me. (Leviticus 25:23) Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O LORD, and You exalt Yourself as head over all. Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone. (1 Chronicles 29:11-12) Who has given to Me that I should repay him? Whatever is under the whole heaven is Mine. (Job 41:11) For every beast of the forest is Mine, The cattle on a thousand hills. I know every bird of the mountains, And everything that moves in the field is Mine. If I were hungry I would not tell you, For the world is Mine, and all it contains. (Psalm 50:10-12) The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine, declares the LORD of hosts. (Haggai 2:8) *All scripture quotations on this page were taken from the New American Standard Bible.
